My name is Gregory Horton and I'm a Delivery Service Manager at ABC Supply, one of the biggest roofing material distribution centers in the country. Our location is in a remote area in Athens GA and a lot of the repair shops are either too far away to get to, or when you get to them they don't fix the problem the first time. Since we have been using Ingram Diesel Services our repeat problems went away and it's too easy to deal with a repair shop that comes to your location and "FIX" the problems right there on sight. Having our trucks on the road at all times instead of down in someone's shop helped to improve our profit big time so here at ABC Supply, we are very happy to do business with Ingram Diesel Services.

I just want to pass along my gratitude and appreciation for the services you have provided Budd Van Lines. When I was having issues with the other company which I used for nearly 7 years and Wes stopped by to see if he could provide Budd with his repair services. The other company that morning told me he needed to order a part for my trailer and it was going to take 3 days to get it, putting my driver and our deliveries of our shipper’s household goods to them far behind schedule. Wes overheard my conversation with my director of Fleet and Safety and went out and checked the trailer, he did the repair in 1 hr and allowed my driver to continue his trip and make all deliveries on time and keep his schedule. I knew at that time to make the switch, and we have had nothing but great services since. I can call on Ingram in the morning and get my repairs done the same day unless they need to get a part and then it is ready for the next day. I know in the moving industry my trucks need to move or we do not make money and having Ingram perform our maintenance and unexpected repairs is a key component to us being successful. I see us being together until you decide to leave us because we will not stop using Ingram.
